OUR DEVELOPMENT CENTRES

Assessment and Development Centres are recommended to diagnose the behavioural styles and development gaps of your high potential talent pool. By simulating work relevant activities such as stakeholder meetings and business analyses, we can develop an understanding about each participant’s potential to perform as a future leader of your organisation.

We will work in close consultation with you to tailor the Assessment and Development Centre approach and map it to your organisational competencies, including the selection of appropriate simulations. Psylutions will manage all logistics, participant liaison and Assessment and Development Centre facilities as required.
