![]() Behavioural Interviews (BI) and Phone InterviewsBehavioural Interviewing provides an objective way to assess the behaviours and competencies of your candidates, based on the premise that the best predictor of future behaviour is past behaviour. We have the capacity to assist you in interviewing prospective candidates for your organisation. We provide the expertise to develop BI questions for each role in your organisation as well as participate in BI panels with line managers and HR. Psylutions also offers Behavioural Interview training to your employees to ensure there is consistency across the interviewing skills of your team. Behavioural Interviewing ensures you add rigour and objectivity to your selection process. BI questions are based on the key competencies of your organisation and the targeted roles. Psylutions has the capacity to conduct phone interviews for bulk recruitment screening such as for graduate recruitment. These are conducted by trained Psylutions Behavioural Assessors who assess three to four competencies of your choice. Behavioural questions are developed in conjunction with the client organisation and rating scales are used to ensure that all applicants are measured consistently across different interviewers. Interviews are approximately 20 minutes in duration, and the applicant is put at ease in a facilitative environment in order to ensure that they are able to perform at their best. Assessment CentresAssessment centres allow us to examine firsthand the behaviours of candidates to ensure you are selecting the ‘cream of the crop'. Psylutions Assessment Centres are typically run for a half day, and can consist of up to three different activities giving candidates the opportunity to shine in different situations. Assessment Centres are commonly used in graduate recruitment, and at Psylutions we know how important it is to keep the activities as interactive and exciting as possible to bring out the best in your Generation Y applicants. By simulating work relevant activities such as stakeholder meetings and business analyses, we can develop an understanding about each participant's potential to perform as a future leader of your organisation. We will work in close consultation with you to tailor the Development Centre approach and map it to your organisational competencies, including the selection of appropriate simulations.
