Prue Laurence

Prue Laurence is a Director and Principal Consulting Psychologist with Psylutions. She plays an integral role in the design and implementation of the suite of Psylutions services. Her responsibilities inclu de account management, project management, design and implementation of assessment and development solutions, feedback and coaching. Preferring to work closely with her clients, Prue is passionate about ensuring they receive t ailored and seamless delivery of Psylutions services.

A registered psychologist, Prue has over 10 years of business consulting experience within both the government and commercial fields. She has worked across a number of industries including banking and finance, manufacturing, FMCG, resources and mining. Her clients have included the National, ANZ, Cadbury Schweppes, National Foods, Ford, Shell, QNI and a number of local and federal government departments. She specialises in behavioural and psychological assessment for selection and development and having worked in both global and boutique consulting firms, her experience provides her with strong capability in managing and implementing projects such as large scale graduate selection projects to one-on-one coaching and facilitation of mid level and executive management.

Nicole Russom

Nicole Russom is a consulting psychologist at Psylutions. Her key responsibilities include account management, project management, and coordination of Psylutions' psychometric assessment services. She specialises in assessment centre design and places a strong emphasis on determining client needs and ensuring that the services she delivers meet those requirements.

Nicole is also knowledgeable in psychometric testing, and is experienced in test development and analysis, administration in both group and individual settings, and interpretation of candidate results. She is also practiced in the development of training programs and behavioural interviewing. Nicole is passionate about working from a scientist-practitioner basis, ensuring that the services she offers are based on solid research and that the tools Psylutions offers are valid and reliable measures.

Rod Whitfield

Rod has recently joined the Psylutions team as our resume consultant . Rod has over ten years of sales, management and business experience, in such diverse industries as recruitment, banking and finance, retail, and communications. Prior to joining Psylutions, he worked at ANZ and Esanda as a National Account Manager in Mortgages and brings with him keen skills in negotiation, client liaison and a focus on superior customer service. Rod specialises in developing professional resumes that are targeted to the specific job or industry. He focuses on developing a well set out resume that clearly highlights your strengths and achievements that set you apart from other candidates from the outset. His services also include cover letters and selection criteria responses to assist you to get your dream job, with a quick turnaround time.

Jude Laurence

Executive Coach, Facilitator, Mentor

Jude Laurence has over twenty years of leadership roles in operational and strategic management, she has been a senior advisor in policy development, emergency management and adult education. Her career has focused on change management, competency development and assessment, project management and stakeholder relationships. She combines a unique blend of visionary leadership and executive coaching to spearhead strategic planning and operational, organisational and financial performance. Jude is committed to the development and coaching of staff competence and program evaluation.

Throughout her career in both the public and private sectors, Jude has contributed to the strategic direction and planning of a number of key organisations. She developed a comprehensive Emergency Management Strategy for Victoria 's Health & Community Services Sector, identifying staged actions to enhance capability and capacity. From 1998 until 2006, Jude represented Victoria in the national Emergency Management Sector Working Group for the development and review of industry competencies and qualifications. She has managed, facilitated and evaluated a year long Change Management Development and Coaching Program for a group of managers, in order to change management while managing change. She has also been successful in negotiating the agreement of the Victoria State Emergency Service Accord, the first statement of the relationship between the State of Victoria , the Service and VICSES volunteers.

Jude brings a strong influential and collaborative approach to executive coaching and mentoring with over twenty years experience in one-on-one coaching and mentoring as well as team performance optimisation. She has a career-long focus on competency assessment and program evaluation in a range sectors, and recognised leadership experience in training and development, emergency management and human services at an operational and strategic level. A visionary and lateral thinker, Jude brings experience as a member of a number of ‘think tanks' responsible for strategic management and policy development to her coaching approach. She s very well regarded for professionalism, ethical and equitable behaviour, respect for others, and care of relationships.
