Personal information, such as your name, email address and telephone number may be exchanged with external assessment partners to facilitate psychometric, cognitive ability, or other forms of assessment relevant to your job application. Such partners will share assessment results with Psylutions to allow it to proceed with your assessment for a position.

Clients

Candidates who successfully progress through all stages of assessment using the Psylutions website will have their personal details, relevant education / employment history, and assessment results forwarded to the respective client for their final assessment. By applying for a position on this site, you consent to your information being shared with the relevant client for the purposes of employment selection. Should you be unsuccessful at any stage of your selection, your information will not be forwarded to the relevant client.

Confidentiality

We take all reasonable steps to ensure that only Psylutions Consulting Psychologists (and where necessary, external assessment partners) gain access to the information you provide through our website, and only for the purpose of considering you for career opportunities with our clients.
