You will choose to apply for a specific position through our website, and will be advised (within the Position Description document or similar) of the client(s) or partner(s) that we must exchange your personal information with in order to assess and progress your application.

Information will only be disclosed for the purposes of establishing your suitability for a job, or exchanging assessment results with external partners (ie: psychometric or assessment centres) in order to fully assess your suitability for a job position.

Psylutions Online Selection Tool

Personal information, such as your name, email address and telephone number may be exchanged with external assessment partners to facilitate psychometric, cognitive ability, or other forms of assessment relevant to your job application. Such partners will share assessment results with Psylutions to allow it to proceed with your assessment for a position.

Clients

Candidates who successfully progress through all stages of assessment using the Psylutions website will have their personal details, relevant education / employment history, and assessment results forwarded to the respective client for their final assessment. By applying for a position on this site, you consent to your information being shared with the relevant client for the purposes of employment selection. Should you be unsuccessful at any stage of your selection, your information will not be forwarded to the relevant client.

Confidentiality

We take all reasonable steps to ensure that only Psylutions Consulting Psychologists (and where necessary, external assessment partners) gain access to the information you provide through our website, and only for the purpose of considering you for career opportunities with our clients. We also endeavour to ensure that those who gain access to your information for this purpose comply with the relevant privacy laws. You may choose to cancel your application at any time.

Note: Personal information may be stored on servers outside your own country.

Other than stated in the preceding, no attempt is made to identify users or their browsing activities except, in the event of an investigation, where a law enforcement agency may exercise a warrant to inspect logs, or where Psylutions believes it is required to collect and produce relevant electronic documentation to fulfil its obligations to third parties, including statutory organisations under local law.
